Qurbani Project

“It is neither their flesh nor their blood that reaches Allah, but what does reach

Him is the taqwa on your part.”(AL-Quran 22:37)

Pakistan is a developing country with very low development indicators, more than 37% of
people living below poverty line. In last ten years, many natural and manmade disasters
occurred in Pakistan, like earthquakes, floods, and IDPs issues. Still we are facing the corona
pandemic which not only has a bad impact on our economy but also the whole world is
suffering due to this pandemic. Due to all these reasons country become poorer and people are
unable to meet their day to day requirements specially related to food.
In Islam sacrifices of animal is done from 10th of Dhul Hijj till sunset of 12th Dhul hijj, on these
days Muslim all over the world offer Qurbani of an animal for the pleasure of ALLAH, with the
intention of getting closer to ALLAH by giving some or all of the meat to the poor and destitute.
The main objective of this project to perform the Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi according to Islamic Sharia
and to distribute meat among the deserving and poor people who could hardly afford the basic
commodities of life, so they may enjoy the event of Eid ul Adha as it is a time of celebration and
festivities for all Muslims.
