1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using sdo.com.pk (“Site”) and making donations through it, you (“Donor” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
Donors must be at least 18 years old—or have guardian consent—to use the Site. By proceeding, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
3. Donations
- Voluntary & Non-Refundable: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by SDO.
- Discretionary Use: Donations not earmarked for a specific purpose may be used at SDO’s discretion to fulfill its mission objectives.
4. Processing & Confirmation
- Once you submit a donation, SDO will send a confirmation email or receipt acknowledging your contribution.
- For recurring donations, you are responsible for canceling future contributions as needed.
5. Accuracy of Information
You guarantee that all information you provide (such as billing, contact, or donation details) is accurate and complete. SDO is not liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate input.
6. Refund Policy
Unless specifically indicated otherwise, donations are final and non-refundable. If there’s a need for adjustment or refund (“input error”), please contact us promptly and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
7. Privacy & Use of Data
Your personal and payment details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By donating, you consent to such use.
8. Intellectual Property & Site Content
All content on the Site—text, images, logos, and other materials—is owned by SDO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites. SDO is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
SDO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
11. Changes to Terms
SDO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use after such updates implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
